  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup toasted pecans (53 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toast pecan pieces in a small pan until fragrant; set aside.
  3. Peel, core, and chop apples into small chunks.
  4. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg until well combined.
