  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup frozen corn
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until translucent; then combine in a large bowl with uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, and seasonings.
