  5. Divide batter into prepared pans and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
  7. For frosting: Melt dark chocolate; beat cream cheese with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Gradually add melted chocolate and chilled heavy cream until fluffy.
