  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 11.5 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and sea salt; mix well.
  4. Gradually incorporate confectioners' sugar until thick enough to roll into balls.
  5. Form tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Insert toothpicks into each ball and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Melt semisweet and milk chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  8. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, covering about 80% of the center.
  9. Place back on the baking sheet to set after dipping.
  10. Once cooled, remove toothpicks and enjoy!
