  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and buffalo sauce.
  2. Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a lined baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Assemble the wraps by laying a tortilla flat and layering it with shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, grated carrot, and roasted chickpeas.
  4. Roll up the tortilla tightly around the fillings and slice diagonally if desired. Serve warm.
