- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and buffalo sauce.
