  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into ½ inch rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease your baking dish.
