  • â…“ C. Green onions, chopped
  • 1 ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 C. Whole milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 8 oz. Cooked shrimp, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz. Crab meat
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté celery and green onions until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Stir in flour and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Warm milk in the microwave and whisk into the saucepan until smooth.
  5. Add heavy cream, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  6. Simmer until thickened (10-15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in shrimp and crab meat; cook for another five minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
