  • 1 package store-bought puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 wheel brie cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3×3-inch squares.
  3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square, top with cranberry sauce and crushed walnuts.
  4. Fold over the pastry squares to seal and crimp edges with a fork.
  5. Mix egg yolk and milk; brush over each bite.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh rosemary.
