  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for seasoning
  • Optional: Arugula or fresh spinach for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cranberry sauce until well coated.
  4. Spread the cranberry-chicken mixture evenly over the crust and top with slices of Brie and shredded mozzarella.
