  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or fresh cranberries, finely chopped & sweetened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cranberries and chives.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and slice into about 16 rounds.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place pinwheels cut-side up on a lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash if desired. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
