  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for crisping)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into the cups. Spray with olive oil or brush with melted butter; bake for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon the seafood mixture into the crispy wonton cups and top with additional mozzarella if desired.
  4. Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
