  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g golden syrup
  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 150g milk chocolate
  • 175g milk chocolate (for topping)
  • 175g white chocolate (for topping)
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 125g Mint Aero Bubbles

Instructions

  1. Grease and line an 8×8” baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into crumbs, leaving some larger pieces for texture.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and golden syrup over low heat.
  4. Melt both dark and milk chocolates in a microwave until smooth.
  5. Combine melted chocolate with the butter-syrup mixture and stir in crushed biscuits.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared tin and cool for about 30 minutes.
  7. Press Mint Aero Bubbles evenly into the top before smoothing over again.
  8. Melt milk and white chocolates separately; add green food coloring to white.
  9. Create a marbled effect on top with alternating dollops of chocolates.
  10. Chill for about two hours until set; slice into squares before serving.
