  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Crackers or fresh bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Lay plastic wrap on the countertop and scoop the cream cheese mixture onto it; shape into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While chilling, finely chop olives, roasted red peppers, and herbs; combine in a bowl.
  4. Once chilled, unwrap the log and press the topping mixture evenly over its surface.
  5. Garnish with dried cranberries and additional herbs if desired.
