3 tablespoons butter (divided)
4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
8 oz angel hair pasta

Instructions
Start by grating the Parmesan cheese and allowing it to reach room temperature for easier melting.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Gradually pour in the chicken broth while stirring, then add the milk and bring to a boil.
Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling mixture, simmering for about 4-5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
