Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by grating the Parmesan cheese and allowing it to reach room temperature for easier melting.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually pour in the chicken broth while stirring, then add the milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling mixture, simmering for about 4-5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  5. Once cooked, reduce the heat to low and stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter followed by the Parmesan cheese until everything is smooth and creamy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
