  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked grains (rice, quinoa, couscous)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until cooked through and charred, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Cook your choice of grains according to package instructions.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until thickened.
