  • 23 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 12 Tbsp sriracha
  • 23 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • ½1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Rice for serving
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shelled edamame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned; about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, ginger, spices, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, and salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle cornstarch over the turkey mixture and mix well until thickened.
  4. Assemble your rice bowls by starting with a base of rice and layering on the cooked turkey mixture and desired toppings. Drizzle with bang bang sauce before serving.
