  • 150 g glutinous rice balls
  • 100 g mango flesh (about 1 mango)
  • 240 g coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sago by boiling water in a pot, adding the sago, and cooking according to package instructions until translucent.
  2. While the sago cooks, peel and chop the mango into small chunks. Blend the mango with coconut milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Once the sago has cooled, drain any excess water. In serving glasses or bowls, layer a scoop of sago at the bottom, pour over the mango smoothie, and top with glutinous rice balls.
