  • 1.5 sleeves Club crackers (about 44 crackers)
  • 8 oz parmesan cheese wedge
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb turkey bacon (or chicken, beef, or lamb)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Slice the parmesan cheese into thin pieces that fit on the crackers. Chop the turkey bacon into quarters.
  3. Assemble each cracker by placing a slice of parmesan on top, followed by a piece of turkey bacon. Sprinkle with dark brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
  4. Arrange the assembled crackers on a lined baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until edges are golden and bacon is cooked through.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
