Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes (or red-skinned potatoes)
  • Heavy cream
  • Unsalted butter

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese inside.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and garlic base; stir until well mixed.
  4. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline slicer and layer them diagonally in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and cover with greased aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
