  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 large egg

  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Reserve 2 tablespoons for glazing.
