  • 3 pounds russet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Thinly slice the peeled potatoes using a mandolin.
