  • 1 (17.3-oz) package puff pastry (defrosted)
  • ¾ pound pulled beef
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 Tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold the defrosted puff pastry sheets and cut each into nine squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the pulled beef and BBQ sauce until well combined.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture and some shredded cheese in the center of each pastry square. Fold corners over the filling, pressing edges to seal.
  5. Brush each puff with an egg wash made from beaten egg and water.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
