  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 38 pound turkey breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375℉ (190℃).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to form a herb rub.
  3. Place the turkey breast skin side up in a roasting pan on a wire rack. Loosen the skin gently and spread some herb rub underneath the skin. Rub any remaining mixture over the skin.
  4. Roast the turkey for about 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 160℉ (71℃).
  5. After roasting, let the turkey rest covered with aluminum foil for about 15 minutes before slicing.
