  • 34 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 34 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 grams 70% dark chocolate
  • 400g full-fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Blend silken tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  2. Spoon the mousse into ramekins or jars and chill in the fridge.
  3. Melt dark chocolate and mix with the creamy part of coconut milk to create the ganache.
